The field of Information communication technology (ICT) is very young in research terms, especially in developing
economies. The business aspect of ICT is developing fast, but the challenge of stifling completion has made it imperative
for the micro-entrepreneur to adopt various strategies to keep afloat. Therefore this paper examines how the concepts of
trust, innovation and knowledge management have aided the cybercafé micro-entrepreneurs through a case study. The
study reveals the uniqueness of the micro-entrepreneurs to effectively develop trust, use knowledge management
strategies and innovation in advancing their entrepreneurial outfits. |
